All police cut outs are designed for outside use with weather resistant Corroplast® backed by finished 2 1/4” by 3/8” support slats painted flat black. Slats are attached to provide superior wind loading. Each cut out has two attachment methods. Two, zinc plated, threaded, insert nuts have been driven into the wooden slat supports. Two, zinc plated, 1/4”-20 x 4” slotted bolts with wing nuts accompany each cut out. This is designed to fit into any “U” or 1” or 2” square pole with standard 1” hole centers. Zinc plated banding brackets are also attached with accompanying 40”, 3/4” double sided hook and loop bands for attachment to any pole. Each cut out image is vinyl laminated for easy paint removal and enhanced weather resistance.

Cut outs are shipped from Fort Worth, TX in cardboard containers with bubble wrap protection. Shipping container measures 39” W x 75” L x 8” D. Shipping companies consider containers oversized and shipping by conventional methods is very expensive. Due to size and cost savings, all cut outs are shipped via Greyhound.
