The SpeedHawk Radar Dolly is easily used by custodians or crossing guards and gives up to one week service without a charge of the internally mounted 36 Amp/hr batteries. Its Safety Radar Beacon© allows officials to set an Overspeed Alert warning drivers, crossing guards, and students of excessively speeding vehicles with a flashing beacon mounted in the front and the rear of the display. Safety Radar Beacon© strobes are optional. It allows a user set Blanking Speed above which speeds will not be reported reducing safety concerns. It is true “radar to go” and can be used for school sporting events where speed display is required. A Dual Display Radar© can be ordered with two radar antennas showing speeds in both directions.
